Aspire is a community of the Chartered IIA that provides support to internal auditors who are new to the profession and want to get a head-start in their career. The Chartered IIA believes it is critical to engage with internal auditors early in their careers to take on board their ideas on the future of the profession and the Chartered IIA.

Aspire aims to facilitate networking, develop skills and provide support for internal auditors as they grow their careers. We hold several events a year, providing a platform for those who are relatively new to the profession to share ideas and experiences, network in a relaxed and friendly environment and hear insight and guidance from industry experts.
