Praise for the IIA Award in interpersonal skills for audit and assurance

I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to Ros Goodall for such a excellent course! I felt that throughout the two-day course she confidently and competently guided us through the training adding essential personal experience where appropriate. She allowed the group to share their experiences and created an environment in which we felt confident and comfortable enough to progress with all the activities. A number of us within the group agreed that it had been their best training course they had ever been on, even beyond IIA training.
